Podcasts and Storytelling:
In creating this podcast, I structured the narrative to captivate the audience. It starts with a compelling hook, which is the day that I did my worst presentation ever. This personal story is relatable and allows the audience to connect emotionally. Through the story I shared my learnings and the path that I took to improve my public speaking skill. I incorporated storytelling techniques such as vivid imagery and relatable anecdotes to emphasize the significance of improving public speaking skills and incorporated tips into the narrative. The goal was to keep the audience engaged and impart practical insights effectively.
Proficiency with GarageBand:
I used GarageBand to record, edit, mix and enhance the audio for a close to professional podcast's quality. I used its features to adjust audio levels and to cut offs mistakes or silence to ensure a smooth and balanced listening experience. Sound effects were inserted to have a close to professional quality. However, I've faced challenges in finding the right sound effects to connect with the narrative. The time spent on building a script and editing the audio was at least 5 times larger than the time spent on recording.

Notion as a tool:
Notion is an all-in-one tool designed to help users organize work, streamline processes, and collaborate. Utilizing Notion as a tool for study planning is a powerful way to organize information and enhance productivity. This screen recording aims to demonstrate how Notion's inherent capabilities can be used to create an efficient and personalized study plan, empowering students to take control of their learning journey.
Proficiency with Notion:
In the screen recording, I started navigating through the software, explaining its primary functions, and illustrating how users can utilize it to craft their own workspace. Later I showcased how to use a Notion template to structure a study plan, utilizing its features such as databases, tables, boards, and calendar views. I highlighted the ability to categorize tasks based on priority, due dates, and courses, demonstrating the dynamic organization features of Notion.
Given my previous lack of exposure to Notion, I had to watch tutorials and navigate through the platform to understand its concepts. Additionally, I had to carefully select an appropriate study plan template that aligns with both students' needs and the intended objective of this study. I spent 5-10 times more time preparing for the video than actually recording it.
